Up for sale is this: Arden 4, Long Keel Wooden Sailing Boat Hull 23.5 ft. Built in 1964 (only 12 built). Mahagony on oak-strip planking, Stripped to the hull and rebuilt in 2003 with redesigned interior and clever use of cabin space. 4 berths. It has a Yanmar 1GM10 inboard engine that was fitted in 2003 and is in perfect working order.

Rear hatch-cover was rebuilt in the last 6 months, The boat comes with: Main sail Roller-reefing foresail Aft boarding ladder A multiple switch-board panel Communications radio Some wiring to fit a car radio Gas hob with 2 rings Flexible sink Flushing toillet Interior soft furnishings A speedometer, depth sensor and compass in the cockpit Tiller pilot The boat lies on land and under cover since a few years back due to the owner’s old age.
