Photo 3 for Asc (Admiralty Sailing Boat) Fibreglass Hull Suitable For Sailing/rowing

Hi. I'm potentially interested in this boat. I do need to save a bit of money first. But thought I'd ask a couple of questions. Other than a few little bits, is it ready to use? Is the rigging serviceable? Are there oars? Is a trailer available? I used to sail one with the sea cadets and think they are lovely. I really want to get back on the water again!
