Atlanta Catch 22 Sailing Yacht Sbs Yacht Trailer & New Outboard Available Option

This Atlanta Catch 22 (Fly Catcher) is a well presented vessel and has been well maintained. She has good performance and sea keeping properties - An ideal first sailing yacht or cruiser racer. The interior is surprising large for a small boat, with a large double berth in the forepeak and 2 large single settee berths complete with cushions in good condition. Galley has a sink and gas ring with plenty of storage. Electronics - speed, depth, radio and new battery.
I have a range of sails for Fly Catcher including a good racing set, spinnaker and cruising chute. Fly Catcher has an outboard well at the stern, this works very well for single handed docking. I do have a 6hp Tohatsu sail pro outboard that was new this year 2022 and has done less than 5hrs and 5yr warranty - this is available by separate negotiation. I also have an excellent SBS 2600kg Yacht Trailer available again by separate negotiation Fly Catcher is currently moored on Torquay marina (MDL) and can stay for a few week here if taking her by sea or it can be lifted onto transport or trailer in Torquay. The trailer could also be used for transportation to a new location.
