She is moored at our brokerage moorings by Shepperton Lock, on the Thames and is now ready to be viewed. She has the following specification: Length – 34ft Beam – 12ft Draft – 2ft 6 Air draft – 6ft 8 GRP construction Perkins 4108 engine 240 and 12v electrics, shore power Hot water from calorifier She has a traditional layout. From the rear deck there are steps down to the door which opens into the bedroom. This has a fixed double bed, with storage below and other freestanding storage.

Door through to the open plan kitchen and living room. The kitchen has a sink, gas cooker and hob, fridge freezer and microwave. There is plenty of storage and worktop space and a tiled surround. A door leads off to the large bathroom with shower, sink and toilet (portapotti). In the living room area there is a log burner, sofa and wall mounted TV.

The helm is situated at the front of the boat within the living area. This boat benefits from a sliding roof which is fantastic in the Summer. A door leads to the front deck which has seating in the well area. Externally the boat is clean but could do with some cosmetic work. This boat feels light and spacious and will make a great home or holiday boat.

We are re-opening from Monday 18th May 2020, but with the following conditions in place so that we can comply with the government guidelines on social distancing and safe working practices. Viewings and meetings are strictly by appointment only. The office will be locked and probably unmanned at all other times. 2.

Appointments are limited to 2 members of the same household. 3. Staff members will not come on boats with customers but will answer all questions before and after the viewing, either outside at a safe distance or inside where we have a perspex screen to protect all parties. 4. We have alcohol based hand gel, gloves and masks for all customers and staff, as when required. We will review these conditions as and when the government guidance is updated.
