I have owned her for 25 years or more, she had a main engine refit in 2004 and has only done 18 hours on her new engine since; she has been sat out of the water since then.
She has gone through various stages of refit and upgrades in other aspects and now needs some attention to preferred finishes. Helmsman's position on the right-hand side, a deceptively and spacious boat with good standing headroom throughout, door to sea toilet compartment. Kitchenette, 4 berth, Dining area. A pretty, lovely and safe little boat on canal, river and coastal waters. The trim tabs were removed from the boat for the gel coat to be added in one unbroken application, prior to that with the tabs fitted a GPS would show 30 + knots in calm water with this engine and outdrive set up. Some finishing off to your taste required there are a few small weekend jobs to finish this boat but nothing major, some fresh batteries, fit a sea toilet unless you prefer a chemical one, some carpet, a bit of wiring, all to suit your own particular needs. This is a very spacious boat for its size without all of the huge expense of moorings, marina fees, maintenance and running costs of a longer boat. The bottom was not repaired, it was pealed and re-surfaced because I wanted it done, all part of the maintenance and upgrades for a boat of a few years old if you care for her.2.
The toilet is plumbed for a sea water flush, not a chemical one but you could have that instead if it was desired.3. Yes, there is the original door to the toilet included, it was removed by the maintenance workers for ease of access.4. She came out of the water in 2006-07 because of personal reasons, she is only one of my many hobbies so she never went back in the water, but not by design, time and lack of 'crew' is a part of the reason too.5. Yes, she will need a clean up after the usual seasonal grime. 6. I was asked for a recent picture for clarity and perspective of her size, the links are belowClick here to view And here Monday 27th Update: Thank you for so many of your enquiries.
