Birchwood 22' Cabin Cruiser

Here I have for sale my Birchwood 22' Cabin Cruiser. I purchased this boat from an elderly couple in Stratford upon Avon in june last year and used it on the avon until September without any issue. I then had it transported to Oundle Marina and store on hard standing to carry out a repaint and anti foul. Unfortunately work and other commitments have taken over and i no longer have the time to complete. The boat is in good used condition it comes complete with 240v hook up, 12v supply, hot and cold running water, fresh water tank, waste tank, starter battery, Nelson oven and gas hob, gas bottle, all required fenders, led lighting, flushing toilet, Hook up cable.

It has a petrol 1.6 watermota engine with a heat exchanger for the hot water supply. It has a current Boat Safety Certificate until 2022. The canopy could do with a good clean and some minor repairs but still fit for purpose. The boat would benefit from a repaint and anti foul, but could be used as is, it is currently on hard standing in Oundle Marina, so ideal if you decide to do a repaint and anti foul.I have a brand new solar panel and controller for the boat that I will include. The Birchwood 22' is an ideal size for someone new to boating or a small family If I had the time I would continue with my plan to do a light refurbishment throughout, but sadly I can not continue with this plan for reasons stated above.
