Festina Lente 1975 Birchwood 22ft Cabin Cruiser (8.3ft Widebeam) with Volvo Outdrive and Ford XLD 1.8l Diesel. Trim Tabs, Clipper Navigation aids (Log/Speed/Depth) plus battery management readouts. Offered as part of a deceased estate this vessel has been neglected for a few years owing to ill health. However, the vessel started easily for our sales team and was driven here under it’s own steam, with the addition of a new 110ah battery, from a marina 4 miles away. Engine can be seen running.

Evidence of previous refits (including engine upgrade) are apparent on this vessel and there is a 2010 Survey on file here and available for viewings which is 41 pages in total. A copy of the survey can be posted for a fee of £25.00. There were no adverse comments on this survey including details of the underwater hull sections and the structural integrity. Transom has a s/steel & hardwood half-bathing platform with auxiliary outboard bracket and boarding ladder. Canopy was fitted within the last 8 years by a local firm but does need new clear window inserts on most canvas panels.

Canvas seems serviceable (needs a good clean!) Cockpit and cabin are dry regardless of this. Danforth Anchor, chain and a full complement of mooring equipment is present including some very good quality mooring lines. Cushion Covers and curtains seem to have been replaced over the years. This is a project boat. There is no BSSC or License.
