Birchwood 25 Cabin Cruiser Boat With Trailer

Where do I start! I've owned this boat for around 14 years and have put a lot of time effort and money into it as a labour of love. This mostly all happened in the pre children days and unfortunately now, I cannot dedicate the time required to get her ready again, so it's now reluctantly up for sale. This boat would suit a practical person with a bit of time to spend getting her ready for summer again. The majority of the hard work is done but there is still work to do so the price will reflect this.I wont be able to list all the work carried out over the years but here is a list of the main points.The top of the hull was gel coated and painted around 4 years ago.

Custom made stainless steel bow rail. Deck fittings replaced. Original interior removed and replaced, bulk heads, table, cabinets - only one original piece of wood floor panel remains. Original (rusty) steel fuel tank removed and custom made ally tank made by Alumacraft fitted. New rear bench seats made and cushions professionally upholstered.

240v electric system added. I've re-gel coated the bottom of the hull and this now needs antifouling. Engines were completely re built around 6 years ago and have very low hours on them as the boat has spent the majority of its time sat on my drive! Webba carburettors and k&n air filters! The outdrives were also overhauled and again have not had much use.

There is more but I would much prefer to speak to someone in person and let them view the boat so they could appreciate what has been done and what is left to do. Example of things left to do, again not a complete list but gives a good idea. There is a fibre glass patch repair to do on the bottom of the hull where a depth sensor has been removed. All interior wood needs a rub down and re-varnish . Engines need a service/ water pump impeller change.

Sides of the hull need a few repairs and a re paint.Toilet area needs finishing.Some cabinets need doors fitting in the galley.Trailer needs a re paint and brakes looking at. Lots of other things need tidying up and finishing off. Again viewing is preferred on this item to appreciate it as I don't want to waste my time or anyone elses.
