Birchwood 25 Cabin Cruiser Norfolk Broads

Birchwood 25 currently moored at Ranworth on the Northern Broads, mooring payed up until Jan 2019, Broads Tolls until 2019 it has a 4yrs boat safety, single Volvo Petrol and Sterndrive combination power unit, fitted oven, cooker, hot water with 90lt fresh water storage bladder two 100amp leisure battery's, 240v inverter, 12v fridge and 100amp solar panels. We have owned the craft for approx. 12 yrs but have lost the sparkle and have only been up to the broads once in 2018.It will need a clean which I hope to do shortly and a bit off work on the inside off the cockpit roof, been going to do it for years but never got round to it. Its a good boat and if you can see past the dirt is a bargain, once polished the gel coat sparkles. All the pictures were taken this past w/e so are up to date the cost of the broads toll is approx. £260 per year and this mooring is £1400 although cheaper can be found. No paperwork off ownership will be handed over until payment is received by agreement but no PayPal. Starting at a good price and will be sold .
