Birchwood 33 Classic House Boat, Live Aboard.

Birchwood classic 33 (with a twist) Never been in the water, Perkins 6354 engines on shafts. I started to to refit as a live aboard boat with a modern taste to the interior, there is loads of storage space with lot’s of scope for anyone to add there own personal touch.This boat is very unique in the fact that it has never been in the water, the engines were fitted around 20 years ago and have been turned over every month since. The engines are in place on there mounts but are not bolted to the bearers, in fact no holes whatsoever have ever been drilled into the bearers, neither have any holes ever been drilled for the through holes for the sea cocks. The new sea cocks will be provided with lot’s of other parts and fittings.
