Bluewater Sailing Yacht Hull - Sirius 42

Reluctantly I am selling my Sirius 42 bluewater radius chine yacht hull which I purchased following the collapse of the Sirius Yachts business in Stourport on Severn in Worcestershire. Designed by David Thomas and constructed from high tensile 50A BS 4360 steel, these yachts were sold for £225K in the early 1990's. The hull has cleverly welded in stainless steel toe-rail tops and other key wear parts. The sale includes the steel hull and rudder, drawings/plans/deck/rigging drawings and artist interior concept images. She will need a cast iron keel manufactured - Irons Bros in Cornwall have a drawing (I also have a keel drawing).

I'm also including professionally manufactured 316 stainless steel guard wire stanchions and gates I commissioned, a choice of two brand new Lewmar steering wheels, a Sestrel steering compass, various high quality stainless steel cockpit drains, skin fittings, cutlass and rudder bearings etc. I also have a Whitlock steering pedestal and Aquadrive units stripped for rebuild with new bearings which can be included if required at no cost. I stopped working on the project when my five year old daughter unexpectedly died in 2015 and I can't find the motivation to resume. The hull is located in a marine transport yard in Stourport on Severn, Worcestershire - they can arrange delivery of the yacht by separate agreement using their specialist HGV low loaders. I'm open to offers and will allow serious buyers to view the hull by prior agreement.
