Boat 23ft Cabin Cruiser Non Runner

We have had 'stella' as a family boat for 4 years now, we often use it to go to the Isle of Wight and stay out on it. I also use it all year round for fishing and with its great fuel consumption a 20 mile fishing trips fuel is negligible. We have serviced the boat every year and kept it up together.However we are looking to sell as its time to move to a bigger boat, when we got the boat out of the water to service it ready for sale our mechanic had some bad news, turns out what I thought was a starting motor issue is actually a seized piston caused by overheating. He assures me he can have it up and running again for under 1k as it uses a popular marinised ford engine so repairs are always cheap. But as previously mentioned we are looking for a new boat so want to sell ASAP to help with funding.Perfect for someone who has the time or the know how to sort engine and wants a great boat for great value.We have a full history of all work done since we bought the boat this is a perfect family/ fishing boat the cabin is a good size and has been adapted to turn the 2 side seats into a double bed with plenty of room.It has electrics throughout as I used it for night fishing so there are lights a plenty.
