Boat Project And Trailer Jet Boat v8 16 Foot

You are bidding on a 16 foot Scorpio Jet boat. It has a PP65 jet pump mated to a 3.5 litre EFI rover V8. I believe it is one of the rover SD1 engines as the paper work with it states 184hp! The boat comes with its original approval certificate and a folder crammed full of it's history. It was converted to a jet boat by Lancing marine and the Rover V8 properly marinised by Lancing marine also.

It has a proper Bowman heat exchanger and wet headers so it's not been cobbled together in a garage. It also has lots of marine surveys and accompanying insurance documents from years gone by documenting it's condition. If you're into more classic jet boats as opposed to modern Seadoo's it could be a lovely boat with a refurbishment. It comes with the trailer which moves and tows but obviously it has not moved far in years so I can't guarantee brakes, bearings etc. It also comes with the cover which is only about 3months old.

Please study the photos which make up a large part of the listing. It was last used 5 years ago and was pulled from the water fully running. I dismantled it to do a refurbishment but life got in the way (business and kids) It will need collecting from Burton on Trent, about half a mile off the A38. Cash on collection only please.
