We had already several scam attempts and they were all reported. "Scamp"....PROJECT BOAT! 27ft Mahogany on oak estuary angling boat, with Ford diesel Transit engine and Bowman heat exchanger. Suit someone with good carpentry skills. Wheelhouse and decks-plywood.

Wheel and tiller steering. 2 single berths, can be joined to form a double. Sea toilet with diverter valve to holding tank, and facility for vacuum pump out. Cold water storage tank. Take-off points on block for hot water for radiator heating in cabin.... Electricity: Wired 12v and 230vac.from shoreside or generator supplies.. Serves fridge and flatscreen TV/radio, 12v only to 2no auto bilge pumps, depth/fish-finder; compass.

Anti-fouled autumn 2016; topsides need painting/varnishing. What needs doing? Sundry minor topside repairs; sheathing up to waterline with fibreglass, or other modern plastics product. Reason for sale? Owners health deterioration, and need for boat with a bit less maintenance, and a bit more living space.
