Broads Cruiser/ Live Aboard Project

Here is agua libre she is a Broads Caribbean cruiser from the Frank wilds collection I believe she was built 1976 it's 1 of those boats and 1 of their very own boasts that you can have normal every day furniture in has a reconditioned Perkins 4108 50hp in currently needs the injectors put back in was sent away to be reconditioned but the fuel pump needs to be sent away to be reconditioned ATM then it should be a fine runner the roof needs reinforcement in the bedroom area as the foam backing had been removed and has bowed in slightly it could do with a lick of paint was antifouled in 2017 has a boat safety till 2020 did have a solar set up but unfortunately disappeared so a charging system will be needed for the batteries as for shore power needs the trip reinstated and the main hook up have been using a straight hookup onto the lead the front of the boat the outside seating area all that area is very spongey and is definitely going to need attention the living room has a nice big white leather setee in and ample living space the kitchen has a 240v fridge also a flashy microwave oven installed with a 2 ring hob and waterfall tap moving onto the bathroom the floor in their is very spongey will want treatment and a fresh ply over the top there is a electric toilet included what will need connecting there is a waste tank installed a nice big shower with fixed overhead square showerhead also a secondary moveable shower head and the sink has a mixer then there is the bedroom what's had the old bulkhead removed and made into a ample sized bedroom there leads to the back door where there is a small utility space it's been my home for 3 years and my career stands in the way of having time to complete such a project this will make someone a very happy home I have had some grate memories with her and traveled the Thames on her when I bought it then some lovely scenery of Cambridgeshire and Norfolk and finally Suffolk thanks for reading any questions please don't hesitate to message.
