Cabin Cruiser 16ft. River Canal With Outboard And Trailer

Serina is a very sturdy boat measuring 16’ long and 6’6” wide. She is very stable in the water with a wide cathedral hull (Dory style). Unsure of the age but would estimate 70’s. Ready to go. She would make an ideal starter boat for pottering about on the river or canal as I have doneBoat Fibreglass construction.

There is no cuddy/cabin door as I have never needed to put one on as the boat has been used only on the river for short day trips when the weather is kind. The advantage of not having a door, battery or cooking gas on board is that a boat safety scheme certificate is not required. Roof hatch, tinted perspex windows, four fenders, internal seat pads (original but not in great condition) and a bow roller for anchor. I have a small anchor available if required. New drain plug fitted this year.

Two nice helm seats on homemade legs and a homemade rear bench seat with back rest, removable to gain access to starter cord. Spacious deck area. Pram frame. Full canopy with detachable sides. Fire Extinguisher.

Two heavy duty ratchet straps Top half DIY sprayed in white with one or two blemishes where mooring ropes have rubbed the paint and around the rubber strip. One or two runs appeared but overall looks ok on the water. No gel coat. Bottom half is hand painted bluePlease note, the boat had got dusty so some of the pictures were taken before I washed it, due to fading light Engine Pull start 2006 Tohatsu 9.8 four stroke long shaft outboard with remote steering. Gear lube changed last year.

The boat has not been in the water this year. The engine can be started when viewing Metal petrol can Trailer Very solid homemade box steel single axle trailer with a homemade outboard support bar which also holds the light board. 7 pin(N) extension cable (included so just bring your own number plate). The trailer is not braked as the gross weight is under 750kg.Reason for selling is that I have bought another boat ready for sea fishing. Viewing is recommended as I don’t want any concerns raised after purchase.
