Cabin Cruiser 20ft Boat On Norfolk Broads

I have for sale my boat, she is a fantasy 20 cabin cruiser, I am selling due to lack of time... she is moored on the water on the Norfolk Broads, mooring is paid until 18th July 2017. The river licence is due April 2017. BSS until June 2019. She is 20ft long and has 4 berths a double in the front cabin and 2 singles at the back. The front cabin also has cooker with 2 ring hob and a sink and storage unit, also plenty of storage under seating area.

Mock leather cushions and blue curtains.She has a center helm with seating area with two helm seats and cushions behind and lighting, the canopy is in good order and has been waterproofed. The hull was painted and anti foul in 2015. The engine is a Honda 15hp 4 stroke petrol, and had a new impeller last summer and is electric start or manual start, This boat is ready to go, also we have the trailer for this boat for a extra cost if required.
