Cabin Cruiser, River Boat, Project

Hi here is my cabin cruiser up for sale, i bought this boat a year ago with the intention to use it as it was meant to be ready to use it wasnt! The rear floor was rotten out so i cut the old floor out, and replaced it all with 18mm marine ply sealed it with resin, and covered with fiberglass then gel coat this was done very well as i planned on keeping the boat! Left to finish are the side panels fitting and 2 seats frames to be made one side has the gas bottle under the seat you can see in one of the pictures the steel gas box. Gas line needs reconecting in engine bay all pipe and fittings supplied! The pattio type door from the back or the boat into the bridge, had the key missing so started to drill it out b&q sell the barrel needed for around 15 pounds easy fix, the outdrive is and enfield, the old leg on the boat had screaming head bearings so i fitted another leg the old leg comes with the sale of the boat so you have a spare if you get new bearings fitted!

The leg on the boat needs the gear cable refitting and cable bracket fitting back to the leg! A helicoil added to one of the threads all supplied with new bracket. Then the leg painting paint not supplied! The boat would then be usable! The engine is all in good condition and silent and runs lovely i was told it had had a full rebuild i have no proof of this but if you hear it run you may agree!

10hours hours on run meter in bridge this is said to be all it had run since rebuild. It has a lowrance gps chart plotter, nexus digital speedo and depth gauge, oil pressure gauge, temp gauge, and rev, the temp sender needs replacing on the engine around 8 quid, also ship to sure radio. Bilge pumps in engine bay, twin battery set up, all nav lights work, has hot water unit, heated by the running of the engine, also to add the engine is running on heat exchanger so no raw water system, sea toilet with shower and sink it is small there is also a pull out shower on the back of the boat so you could shower off on the rear platform. All lights in the gally work its 4 birth has a bed under the bridge and a bed in the front where the table drops down, 4 ring gas cooker gas oven and fridge, i can send more pictures if wanted or needed veiwing welcome to anyone that wants to come and view it, the boat stands me in at over 10 grand i dont expect to sell it for this it has to go! Why am i selling it im not so well have no time and cant finish it off.

I expect there are things i have forgotten to add like stereo in the bridge one also in the gally, there was a tv in the gally but it broke all power points and aeriel booster fitted etc just tv needed, the toilet can be used to pump out to sea, and also has a septic tank fitted for river use, water bags in front under seats thats all i can think of anything else just ask, i have the boat advertised else where so reserve the right to end the auction anytime.
