Cabin Cruiser Seamaster 27 Classic Cruiser Boat 

PLEASE COME AND VIEW THIS BOAT BEFORE BIDDING !!!!!!! For sale is my beloved Sea Master 27. 
 ALL READY FOR THE SEASON AHEAD 
 I have owned the boat for just over 2 years but unfortunately its time to let her go and move onto the housing market. Its been a pleasure owning this boat and i have loved every minute onboard. She sleeps 4 people on board, it has one king size bed and one double bed.

She was built in 1969 and is overall in fantastic condition for the year. She is getting a little tired on the outside. Nothing major but a serious polish would be needed if your wanting the outside we tidy we the inside. The boat is located in the bradford pool in the centre of Lincoln. The moorings could be taken over by the new owner.

But thats between you and the harbour master. 
 Things i have renewed/altered on the boat - 
 - New carpets - partitioned wall taken out to make the boat feel a lot more spacious - new curtains -Electrics replaced where needed and made safe to comply with code of practises - new apolstry black leather inside the cabin and red leather social seating in the rear. - new helm seat in blue leather. - Two walls have been replaced in the cabin. This was due to a little rot from condensation within the cabin.

Carpets on the cabin walls replaced and in the rear quarters. - New cabin lights, new floor led and step lighting, all 12v. -New master switch panel. - new tv with built in dvd player. Also playstation 3 and 1200w sound system fitted.

- new canopy 2 years ago at a cost off £1600 by Paul Potts at burton waters Lincoln. - new impeller and cam fitted to the jabasco water pump. - New flooring fitted in the rear deck only a few months ago. - toilet room water sealed ready for a shower and proper sea toilet to be fitted. There is only a portable toilet onboard but all the plumbing is under the floor ready to go.


 The list goes on. 
 She has full on and off shore power.. With gas PROpex heater. And 240v heater on mains, Instant hot and cold water on mains hookup and calorfire. Immersion heater or the water is heated from the engine - temperature though a heatexchanger. Gas oven ready to go.

Microwave fitted and all the other essentials, kettle toaster etc. 
 The engine is a diesel 4 cylinder Mercedes OM636 . She is sweet as a nut and runs fantastic.. She has never let me down. I have the original engine and paperwork.... 
I have full history in paper for the boat. All receipts, a few surveys which have been carried out on the boat over the years.

I also have the original bill of sales for the boat back in 1969. The paperwork for this boat is massive. 
 As you can see from some of the pictures i had the boat out the water last year 2017 in May. I have the receipt for £800 for a fresh anti foul and polish of the hull. We also serviced the Perkins Z drive.

New oil and seals etc. 
 This boat really needs to be viewed to be appreciated but please remember this boat is 48 years old. This would be ideal for a first boat or weekend toy to sail down the river on a hot summers day.
