Here we have for sale our lovely canal boat, a very reluctant sale, this boat has made our family the most magical memories but sadly its time to say good by. The Boat was Built in 1991 by A&B Woe and has been owned by our family for the last 10 years -Recent brand new Lister Petter LR2 engine fitted and not even run in yet at only 390 hours-Recent reconditioned gear box installation -Dry docked in 2017 and fully blacked -Stripped back rust proofed and fully repainted in 2017-Internal lay out re design in 2018 allowing for a refit out of the bedroom and bathroom -4 birth with one fixed double bed and one make up double bed -Brand new wash basin, and W.c also fitted out with Elsan style Toilet-The bed room and bathroom floors replaced and steel work rust proofed and black in 2018-Kitchen and lounge area all original to boat, in very clean and good condition The boat also benefits from -Gas cooker-Gas, 12v, 240v fridge -Gas water heater -Gas Fire -On board fresh water tank-Fresh water pump -12v and 240v plug sockets and lighting - Full current BS Safety certificate Currently moored on what is considered to be the most beautiful canal in the UK, llangollen canal.
