Canal Narrow Boat.

Im selling Pearl as a project boat although she is all but finished. She is a 40ft quirky vessel full of character. She handles beautifully through the water making her easy to handle for begginers. She has antique pine bulk heads salvaged from old pine doors its very pleasing to the eye. The table that goes down to make a small double bed, storage under the bed.

She has a 12V Sureline Fridge. 2500 Sterling Pro Combi Q. Hotpoint twin calorifier, although the Webasto boiler is not working its along story but essentially its thought to be the plug going into the Wabasto. The water can be warmed with the engine running. The is a villager stove that warms her up very quickly.

She has a massive battery bank of 18 x 2v cells thought to be from a train. The batteries are in very good condition. There are 2 x 260 Watt solar panels and 40A MPPT controller with remote. There is a mount on the roof that I was going to put a wind turbine on. She needs a dab of paint here and there and little things like that.

Ive enjoyed playing with her but my business needs me more at the moment. I will probably carry on playing with her up until the sale, but she is perfectly liveable, I did live in her for quite sometime. She has had extensive work done on the hull just last summer. I can provide a statement from the welding fabrication firm and I had a surveyor verify all the work that had been carried out to a high standard before she went back in the water and Im happy for share this email and loads of photos with any potential buyer. She has a 1500 BMC Engine, there is a little smoke nothing out of the norm for an engine of her age. She had a new head gasket and the head skimmed. She has been left un lived in over the winter and the some of the wooden cupboard doors have expanded slightly meaning they're not shutting as they should.
