To the rear of the cabin there are 2 raised areas which can form 2 single berths I would say suitable for young children only, these berths allow the child to sit up to get out but run under the cockpit floor. My friends 8 year old slept in one for 3 nights with no problem at all. There is an area to the rear of the entrance door which we have used to house a 240 volt table top fridge and microwave and hot plate as shown in the photos. There is a compartment which can house the toilet and would have room for a fitted shower if required. Next to this room is a half height wardrobe unit. I have only ever used the camping shower as we are moored in a marina with a shower block and almost all locks have showering facility's. In the summer I lived on the boat permanently for 6 months and had no issue at all, you need to be organised and tidy but its totally possible for 1 person to be very comfortable. In winter a small oil filled radiator keeps the boat pleasantly warm
