This is the more compact version of the famous Oceanic 30 catamaran that sailed around the world.Built by Bill Obrian these boats are well known to be very seaworthy stable and easy to sail. She is very spacious with 5'8" of head room in the saloon (very rare for a boat of this size especially a cat) and 6' in the Hull. Starting in the saloon there is a wardrobe to starboard, a single seat and side table. A long seat runs under the front windows and two cupboards with a TV is to port. There is a small seat and above this a radio and fuse panel.

In the port hull there is a large head with electric toilet, basin and shower. Chart table with some storage. Forward of this is a double berth with a cupboard under, a wardrobe and a dressing table with two drawers and two cupboards.In the starboard Hull there is a mirrored berth and a galley with four burner hob and oven and full size fridge. It was built in 1975 and therefore by no means perfect but with some tlc could be lovely.She was sold last year for £15000 however prior to the sale we realised there was a problem with the port engine it has now been professionally rebuilt however although it runs it is still not a great starte. The other engine is perfect.

I will hopefully be lifting her out of the water in April so all inspections are welcome. HULL: The hull is fiberglass, not wood and the coach house is also fiberglass. Hulls are sound, one small repair needed to the port hull bow. All windows have been re-sealed to prevent moisture ingress. 2008 Running rigging replaced in 2014 POWER:4 House 2 engine batteries replaced 2017 in professionally fitted system, linked to 2 solar panels. Batteries never seem to die! EQUIPMENT: Previous owners took her down the French Canals, so much of the equipment is for long stays away. We have found her very comfortable (even for a family of 5!) Water heater (calorifier with 3kw emersion), Eberspacher diesel heater, Pressurised water system, Navigational lights, GPS, VHF Radio, Large fridge, Gas Cooker and hob, New galley worktop, Shower, Radio, Very expensive electric toilet! 180l fuel tanks 180l water tanks Davits (currently off, but will be included in sale) Massive bimni which covers the helm seat and the whole of the back of the boat.

Can be unzipped to just the top being covered, great in the sunshine. Can also be completely removed. Fenders, boat hook, Liferaft (needs a service) Windlass (manual) 2 anchors. Heavy duty mooring lines, plenty of rope. Black water holdingtank.

OUTSIDE Large outside space with seats at stern - Has captains chair and nav equipment, two large seating areas (We have had 10 people aboard for a sail and there was plenty of room - very sociable party boat!). Side decks are wide, wider than most, so easy and safer to walk around. She is ready to sail and motor, so if you need to relocate she will be up to it straight away. She cruises along happily at 5 knots.
