Hello and welcome to the sale of `Charlie D` Named after my Grandson born during its restoration ! ( Previous name was `Beetlebumtrinkett` )LOA is approx 16ft It is belived to be an ex hire boat from Salcombe but I cant verify this... ( The previous owner told me that ) The hull is fibreglass, in excellent condition and to the best of my knowledge is approx 1958 along with the engine.Engine is a Stuart Turner P5M which has been completely restored by the renowned Stuart Turner man David Schofield. (Look him up although he recently sold his company) He really is an authority on these old masterpieces....All of the wood is the original and it must have been well looked after before I got it, in dry storage probably.All fittings are either original or supplied to me by Davey & co... Rudder fittings,Rowlocks and cleats are all new Davey & coThe installation of the engine and fuel tank meets all of the criteria set out for a Boat safety certificate including signs and fire extinguishers.
