Classic Twin screw Motor Yacht " Zarathustra" designed by Cox & Haswell a well known designer of Powerboats. Built at WG Jones at Botley on the Hamble. In 1976. 47' x 12'6" Beam Displacement just under 20 ton The hull is Teak planked splined above the waterline on steamed oak frames, deck is Teak laid deck over marine ply, twin ford 6cyl mermaid diesels giving 120 hp each, both having done less than 200 hours. As you can see from the pictures she is in need of a complete refit, but the hull is excellent apart from some rotten ribs to the starboard stern section.

She also has a rare diesel fueled cooking range which is all stainless steel, and will heat hot water. The boat is currently sitting on its own purpose built yard trailer in a yard, under a boat shelter in Weston-s-mare, she can remain where she is for repair work to be undertaken.
