Cleopatra 850 Family Motor Cruiser

Welcome to this auction for my Cleopatra 850 Family Cruiser. Very well maintained boat all round with both engines and stern drives being replaced with 2 x Volvo Penta 3.0L and 2 x Volvo Penta SX sterndrives in 2009, see receipts. 4-5 berth in the cabin with additional huge sleeping area at the rear, awing supplied. Hot water via gas boiler, shower, sea toilet, blown air heating. Electric windlass.
Engine controls, cables and dials replaced during refit, excellent condition. Props in good condition, removed to prevent theft. Comfortable cabin area with lots of headroom, light and height, patio style door. Gas hob, oven and grill, good galley with loads of storage. Large sleeping/seating section in forehead area, all cushions in good order.
CCTV with engine camera, Garmin GPSMAP 551, Hummingbird Piranha 2 fish finder, as well as usual gauges. Loads of history, last survey carried out 2017 with only minor cosmetic faults. Large open aft deck area with cushions in good condition, fenders and anchor. I bought this boat with the intention of modernising the interior but we ended up using it as is and only a couple of times last year. I have two other boat projects on the go and don't think we will get to use her this year so needs to go to someone who can, would make a good liveaboard.
