Colvic 30 - Sailing Yacht

This is a well made, solid family cruiser and spacious sailing Yacht (Fin Keel). It has been adapted internally to be a live-aboard boat, however it is still a sailing boat with all the equipment needed to take you to places. The motor diesel seems to be the original one, a BMC 30hp, which was serviced 10 months ago but not used until now. She has above average head height throughout with copper lights and wood panels all across its walls. It comes with a comprehensive inventory as below.
