Colvic Atlanta 32 Ft. Motor Sailor 50 Hp Beta Diesel

Colvic Atlanta 32 Ketch rigged live aboard motor sailor with 50hp Beta diesel on shaft. Built 1984 and top specification with teak laid decks outside and also in wheelhouse and cockpit. Rare bilge keel but maintaining the original large full keel. Superb and strongly built sea boat capable of ocean voyaging. Full standing headroom.

Large cockpit into enclosed wheelhouse, down steps into the saloon, galley to starboard which includes sink and gas cooker with oven, heads to port with a v berth cabin fwd. All outside woodwork is teak which just requires occasional teak oiling. Fwd hatch. Anchor with chain and rope. Manual anchor winch.

Nav lights, search light. Echo sounder. Compass. Twin batteries. The Beta 50 hp inboard Diesel engine cost £8500 and has only completed 55 hours use. The wiring needs connecting up for the auxiliary components .

Both the mainsail and jib are on roller reefing . The sail wardrobe comprises main, jib, mizzen, and several other spare sails. A recent (2020) survey contained only minor Attention and recommendations. The maximum speed under power is an amazing 10 knots. At cruising range 6 to 7 knots fuel consumption is only 1 gallon per hour!
