New wheel house, rubbing strakes and washboards all uniquely built with antique Douglas Fir with local provenance.

Completely re-wired with all new electrical fittings and equipment. New engine installation including new bronze propeller, SS shaft, batteries, vetus diesel tank, vetus water lock and all associated equipment. New upholstery, complete cabin build, doors, linings, galley and heads. New windows and frames and deck hatch. She would look amazing on a canal, riverside home berth but is equally capable at sea.
