Overall comments I've lived on this vessel while rebuilding her and have found the rebuild changes to make her very suitable as a one bedroom style liveaboard in any weather! Everyone has commented how warm (hot) she is on cold winter days. I've never had a boat with so much natural light available through her all round windows either. Very comfortable and easy to manage as a static or cruising boat. Will be handed over with full goodwill to the new owner and I'm happy to help with delivery to Kent or London -weather permitting.

Her to do list at present This list is what I will be doing over the next few weeks but it is listed in case she sells or you would like to view before hand. Minor touch up of paint on cabin roof & hull New hydraulic hosing to engine (old ones are simply 20 years old plus) Engine ignition switch replace (half done) Her present non-residential mooring is available for £400 per year (paid in March) at the tranquil and rural Stoke Creek on the River Medway.
