Someone with the knowledge might well be able to get it going as the engine does turn over by hand but there is some damage to the top.The mast has been replaced at some point and the rigging is in good condition but age unknown.Running rigging works but could do with replacement, all lines come back to the cockpit. She has been used for racing locally in her time.The boat comes with 9 sails in total and all in usable condition as far as we can see.
