Water Pipet 27ft narrow boat 1988 Dawncraft GRP river cruiser narrow boat With Yamaha 9.9AE electric start outboard engine. Water Pipet is a beautiful little boat with loads of potential. I am selling her as a usable and liveable project. She has a running engine and yesterday I cruised her for 3 hours with no problems (she ran very well). I have taken this boat to a point where she is ready to be made into whatever the purchaser desires.

She would make a beautiful little liveaboard. The previous owner lived on her for many years. I have got 12v lighting working throughout the boat and there are feeds present for other electrical appliances if desired. There is a large water tank in the bow which is connected. I have just installed a new 12v water pump and the sink has running cold water.

There are lines in place for hot water and these lines could be spurred off to wherever you require. She has a hot water boiler mounted on the wall by the sink. This requires attention but is included in the sale. So as she stands she is cruiseable and liveable with lighting throughout and running cold water. The interior layout is good.

With lots of traditional cupboard space and a fold away double bed/table and seats. She has loads of potential to be an awesome home or weekend boat. If I was a young man I would have loved an opportunity like this. She has a lovely feel with an open front bow accessed from the front cabin and a large rear seating area at the stern with a captains stool and steering wheel. This is covered from the elements by a windscreen and folding roof (she fits under all of the bridges on the K&A with the roof up).

· The boat has a current licence to be on the water (the new buyer is required to licence the craft in their name). · She has a current boat safety certificate (BSS) until 2019.· I have the previous survey which reads well.· The engine has just been fully serviced and is in good working order.· I have a folder with the boat containing lots of old receipts, bills and technical information. As I have said, Water Pipet is being sold as a project boat. She’s structurally solid, as these boats were very well built and have stood the test of time. She is currently a blank canvas ready for someone to make their own.
