Dawncraft 27 Center Cockpit Cabin Cruiser Canal Boat

Reluctant sale of my Dawncraft 27 Center cockpit. Currently moored at Tattenhall marina near Chester. Parsun 15 outboard less than 7 years old. And in great condition. Coverit canopy less than 6 years old.
In great condition. New portable toilet still in the box. Boat safety expires in August 2019. Had new woodwork inside front cabin and rear cabin including floors, worktop, and beds, table . Toilet compartment etc.
New headlining in the front and rear cabins. Gas mini oven/cooker. 2000w mains inverter, new leisure Battery and solar system. 4 Berth but will sleep 5 as the rear bed will fit small child. New Seat/Bed Foams and new fabric less than a year old cost over £500 This is a fully working boat but could do with a few more jobs doi g to make it better but I just have time to finish them.
Things that need doing are as follows Water tank, Pump and tap are with the boat but need fitting. Paint work inside and out needs doing. Center cockpit and seats need a bit of TLC as I never got round to sorting them. Viewing and questions welcome, call me for more details on phone.
