Dawncraft Dandy 19ft Canal Boat And River Cruiser

Dawncraft dandy 19ft (little ollie) Ive reluctantly decided to sell my fully refurbished dawncraft dandyI Just dont have the time to use him anymore and it seems a waste of a lovely boat to leave him at his moorings unused Ive spent lots of hours and money refurbishing the whole boat from bottom to top, this started off on my driveway to finally being moored on the bridgewater canal, where it resides now. Couple of features to mention below New canopyhull completely repaired and primed and painted with antifoul last summernew lick of paint on whole boatlcd free view tv and separate marine radio fully installed and workingfull 12v rewire of electricscharging pointsnew kitchen fitted(can add to suit)table and chair area fitted (for use as a day boat)new seat cushions and coverssolar panel installed with leisure battery15hp mariner outboard engine, fully serviced with controlslots of other extras (feel free to ask) Boat is insured for another 7 months and has a boat safety certificate valid until 2022 basically this is a start up and go boat, you can retro fit extras as you see fit for eg: ive added a water pump under kitchen so a sink unit can be added and water butt for little cost, also i taken out original toilet area to replace with a table and chairs but again this can be re added to suit if you want to stay over on him mooring details Its currently moored at preston brook marina in Runcorn, Cheshire, mooring owners are lovely and are very helpful, also has a boat shop on site! Mooring fee's are currently £210 per quarter which i will pay the next mooring fee's due (feb) so it will have 3 months before next installmentbridge water canal licence is required and not transferable (currently) about £300 per year(can pay monthly) Think thats eveything i can mention up to now but feel free to inbox any questions, viewing can be arranged by serious buyers also, but no Tyre kickers !
