Dawncraft Dandy

Hello, Due to a change in circumstances i have decided to put my boat up for sale to see if their is any interest, i am not overly keen on selling but as i will not have as much time to finish it now it seemed the best option. NOTE: you are bidding on the price for the boat and trailer only! The BF50 four stroke honda engine set up and tanks should you want it is another £2000. It is a 1970’s Dawncraft Dandy cathedral hull which was rescued from a field a couple of years ago, my plan was to make it into a sea fishing boat.It has been completely sanded back, primed and painted with the underneath having been painstakingly rubbed back and anti-fouled.The interior has been stripped of all its old fittings, gas pipes, boiler etc due to age and also the water tanks as they were breaking up.80% of the old carpet has been removed and most of the residue has been wire brushed back and painted, some still needs doing.All vents have been removed and sealed up as they were leaking but some areas need a little rubbing down and finishing.i have done a fair bit of work inside with replacement woodwork and new kitchen area work top/sink, toilet etc but it needs a little more. It needs a solid week or two to get it up to standard and would suit someone in the know or someone who wants a little project.

I bought a rebuilt 2008 Honda BF50 four stroke engine which has yet to be fitted, with all throttle controls, linkages etc and two fuel tanks, this can be purchased if needed for an additional £2000.00 I can deliver the boat on the trailer within reason for an extra cost, but funds will be cleared in my account before this is undertaken Any questons please drop me an email.
