For sale my Dutch Barge complete with a Insurable boat survey, Priced competitively for a quick sale due to a change of circumstances, more photos available and a short video of her on the grand union canal, currently in Kent. 42ft long, 310cm/10,2ft wide, 97cm 3,2ft draft .I brought this over from Holland I have been cruising the Sothern waterways on the grand union canal. This Barge is an ideal live aboard/Holliday barge. The barge is of a high specification and it is all ready to go with 4 options for power including a standalone 6kv with 12v charger diesel generator. The exterior consists of a Rear landing platform leading onto the bow of the deck with captains seat for steering and socialising area.

This looks over the living area roof that can be removed. To the front there is storage hold for anchors and rope etc. The interior consists of upon entry into the living room either from the port or starboard sides via the sliding doors. The interior steering station with large captain’s wheel and dashboard. On the rear wall is a large 40 inch flat screen tv with a pair of reclining chairs and matching footstalls.

Also there is 2 marine seats with loads of under seat storage. To the left of the TV is a floor to ceiling cupboard. The roof over the living room can be removed to provide an open aspects to the living room Leading from the living room to the aft of the barge is the master bedroom with king size bed and wardrobe with storage lockers and double power socket. From the living room going forward is the kitchen with long work surface incorporating the sink unit and electric hob below is a 3 draw base unit, a double base unit, a single draw unit and a double base unit housing the water heater. The full size fridge is adjacent with over top unit to house the micro wave oven incorporating a small storage cupboard.

Leading from the kitchen is the dining room area that can accommodate 4 people comfortably, with base unit storage under both seats the option of using as 2 single beds.
