Lovely old 1930s Dutch barge for sale. 37ft long and 10ft wide giving good living space. The main cabin is forward of the wheelhouse and has: Gas oven Fridge 230v sockets and 12v sockets Small double bed 12v lights Running water Great multi fuel stove Big windows with loads of light Mostly free standing furniture so can be reconfigured. Composting toilet with urinal which could easily be changed She has two separate electrical systems, one 12v and one 230v with seperate battery banks so allways a backup. She has 4 large solar panels charging the 230 and a smaller one for the 12v.

She has a a Mercedes om 636 engine with loads of power and drives lovely. The rear cabin has 2 single beds with a bath under one (has a bilge box to pump water out) but no hot or cold water plumbed in yet (just been using a gravity shower from the watering can) the multi fuel stove has a back boiler running to a radiator in the rear cabin but haven't plumbed it all in.
