Dutch Steel Live Aboard Boat

Dutch steel cruiser.Built 1998 and has been my boat for almost two years and due to the need to move on ive decided to reluctantly sell her.There are a few jobs to finish her and these are paint deck, replace two broken windows, cracked glass only (which I plan to do) and fit new gas line in for the hob only or you could remove the existing gas hob and fit an electric hob.She is fully insulated and has double glazing throughout so nice and warm and quite with no condensation. She has had a complete rewire of both 240v and 12dc, new led lighting in salon, new ceilings in saloon, wardrobe, lobby and shower room,new carpet throught the boat, apart from the deck shes been painted in white international primer and tops, powered by a 6 cylinder 6.2litre ford through gearbox on shaft.

Steerable from upper helm and bow thruster from both upper and lower helm. Bow thruster is pneumatic, not battery operated, pneumatic tank and pump, power assisted steering, Four bladed prop, has over six foot headroom in all areas, brand new bathroom fitted.sleeps six in two areas, a very spacious boat with a lot of storage in all rooms and an ideal live aboard. This boat is wired for 12v use with alternator wired through new diode splitter for charging four 170amp batteries for domestic and engine, however there is a separate 24v alternator with charges two batteries for the 24v solenoids that operates the pneumatic bow thruster only. I bought a brand new log/coal burner for the salon but its never been fitted due to time restraints so if anyone wants it I will include the burner in the sale. Two new fire extinguishers fitted in saloon and kitchen, new automatic fire extinguisher fitted witin engine room, new fire blanket installed in kitchen.

There is a 12.5kva generator fitted with electric start, however I disconnected this system as wasnt needed but it remains in the bow. The generator is a German built marine generator with Bosch controller with keystart, water cooled and has 415v and 240v outputs so its a very powerfull generator.

Runs absolutely fine and is also sound proofed. The toilet is configured for sea use, however there is a very large holding tank that makes up the diving platform should the need arise and plumbing for waste transfer is still in situ. There is also an outside shower on diving platform. This vessel is an excellent live aboard as that is what shes fitted out to be, there is plenty of space and ample storage, comfortable and dry. I have done my best to describe her but please feel free to ask for any other info and photos and I will do my best.Shes currently on hard standing so easier to view/survey the vessel completely, in Norfolk and storage paid 'till March 2017.Boat yard has lifting capabilities and is an excellent yard with genuine knowledgeable fitters and staff.5-6 mm plate steel hull to 4mm superstructure with no weak areas and your welcome to inspect.
