Normal 0 MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 Pegasus has cruised the River Severn, Lower Avon To Pershore / Evesham and the Bristol Channel for around 10 years. A Dutch Steel Cruiser built by DeBock & Mayer, Holland in 1985. Length 10m Beam 3.2m Draft 0.76m . Powered by Ford 2.5 L FSD 80 HP Diesel & PRM 150 Gearbox – Both fitted new in 1998 by Lancing Marine,Poole,Dorset. New Stainless Steel shaft & Bronze propeller .

5 berths . Internal and external helm positions. In 2005 the entire boat was stripped back to bare steel shell and refitted including spray foam insulation, new wiring, mains battery charger, bow thruster, Electric anchor winch, all new electronics, electric flush sea toilet, Vetus calorifier internal woodwork, upholstery and new external sliding doors. Hull was shot blasted and epoxy coated. All of the external fittings, ie radar arch, davits , pulpit, hand rails,bathing platform are 316 stainless steel – on most dutch steel cruiser these are normally mild steel !.

A new folding windscreen was also fitted. The vessel has a pressurized hot and cold water system, Gas alarm, Eberspacher warm air heating ( serviced March 2016), Smev 3 burner hob & oven/grill, fridge (gas/12v/240v) Flat screen tv 12v, JVC radio/cd player Boat Safety Certificate expiry May 2020. Since I have owned Pegasus she has been lifted out every year from October to March so she is out of the water at present for inspection. We have cruised the Severn and Lower Avon up to Pershore ( Radar arch and windscreen fold flat to reduce air height).

Most years we have cruised the Bristol Channel visiting Penarth, Portishead, Watchet,Porlock Weir. Very easy to handle, i very often cruise single handed. For sale due to purchase of larger cruiser. Open to Offers
