Ecume De Mer 26ft Cruiser/racer Sailing Yacht. Condition is "Used". Collection in person only. Skellig is named after the wild islands off the west coast of Ireland where her previous owners would sail every summer from their base in Brittany. More recently Skellig was based in Pwllheli where she participated in ISORA races.

I bought her in 2016 and have cruised more sedately around Anglesey and the Lleyn! The Ecume de Mer (EdM) has great sea keeping abilities as “the Sailing Frenchman” shows in his YouTube channel - he took his across the Atlantic. PBO featured the Ecume in Dec 2019 as a pocket-rocket cruiser racer and I’ve included links below to YachtingMonthly and YBW articles online. There is a healthy Facebook community of staunch EdM owners and in fact another two EdM boats already here in Y Felinheli. Popular with great performance and affordable.

Currently ashore in Dinas boat yard Y Felinheli. Accommodation 5 berths consisting of a double v berth forward, a port-side quarter sea berth and a double in the saloon (Chart table drops).

Flushing sea toilet (gaskets replaced 2017). Galley area consisting of a new (2019) two burner stove and in-built storage. Stainless steel sink draining to new Marelon plastic sea cock (2017). Approx 50l flexible water tank on starboard side (not used) (Now removed). Cool storage area under stove.

Cutlery drawer and wooden worktop can be moved/swopped sides. Construction Mast head sloop manufactured in GRP with cast iron keel.
