Elizabethan 29

Hi, Here I am selling my Elizabethan 29 Sailing Boat.The boat was most likely built in the late 60's but you can rest assure it was built to last. In the last few months I have overhauled the exterior including new Antifouling and propeller service etc. The Hull has had a new coat of paint and above deck, all of the woodwork has been stripped back to bare wood and revarnished starting with a 50/50mix all the way up too 5 coats of 100% yacht varnished.Also the toe rail has been oiled a number of times (teak) and the decks have all had a non slip coating painted on.The inboard engine is a Yanmar 1GM which is a great, start first time engine, plus the engine has handle start which is great for getting you out of trouble. Engine will be serviced before the sale completes.Inside she has 4 berths in 2 cabins and the forward carbin can be made up to be a double. The boat has a sea toilet.The boat does have 4 sails but I have only ever used 1 main sail and 1 foresail so I cannot comment on these but they will be included.
She has limited electronic equipment such as depth gauge, digital compass speed gauge. I have always used my mobile phone for a chart plotter. Since I have owned the boat it has only ever been used for local day sails. Included will be anchor/chain etc. There is a sink and small cooker (2 hobs &grill) on the boat which has always catered for us.As you will see from the photos, I have overhauled the exterior but have chose not to include the interior as people have different tastes.She is a good solid sail boat that is ready to sail and is currently moored on the River Medway.
