Perfect opportunity to purchase an excellent family Broads/River cruiser...lots of work already done including rubbing strakes (done professionally) only the lower - short upper not being replaced but holes filed with fibre filler).Many bodged ex-hire boat repairs which were letting in water and rotting woodwork have been sorted.She needs putting back together now (all old damaged panels kept to use as templates for replacing). Most of the boat is as seen in the photos except for the rear cabin where the bunks were dismantled to work on the hull and the centre toilet/shower room. The rest of the interior is mainly bits of cosmetic work required. It will not take too much to get her back up and running. But she does need work to get her back in the water.

I estimate about 2.5K should have it back in good useable condition - less if you can DIY. These boats go for £16 - £20K in full working order. We had her on the river Thames at Reading for several years before moving her to Portsmouth for a refit. Work commitments (self employed) and family bereavements has forced the sale. Just want a clean start.
