Excel Rib Boat Honda 15Hp

Here we have for sale my son's 2015 Excel XHD335 RIB Boat powered by a 15Hp 4-Stroke Honda outboard, model BF15D.We bought this boat new from Excel Inflatables at the Southhampton boat show in September 2015 and added the 2014 Honda 15Hp outboard in Spring 2016. The Excel rib comes with a leisure pack which includes front bow cover, bow bag and seat bag and cushion. Also included is the standard equipment supplied by Excel (2 seats, pair of oars, puncture repair kit, storage bags). The 2014 Honda outboard was bought used from a private owner in South Wales. The engine is in excellent condition and only done approx 40 hours from new, having manufacturers warranty until July 2019.

The engine starts first pull gives great power delivery and is very quiet. The RIB is 3.35m long with an inflatable V-hull and is very stable on the water. The 15Hp engine is perfectly suited for this RIB easily getting it on the plane and giving excellent control, even enough power to pull a small child on a ringo. After a couple of long carries down the beach we added a set of stainless steel launch wheels which made launching so much easier. The RIB packs up into two storage bags which can be easily transported in a family hatchback.

The engine comes with all original paperwork and accessories including a genuine Honda fuel line, tank and stand. We bought this as our first boat and have had loads of fun with it in the bay in Scarborough and now feel we could do with something a bit larger. The RIB would also make an ideal tender to a larger boat. The boat is situated in Scarborough, North Yorkshire and i would possibly split package.
