Arie 40 x 10ft Dutch barge7ft8 airdraft3ft draft Arie is a beautiful vessel, her previous owner did an excellent job of starting to convert the boat to a liveaboard, but sadly the fit-out stalled. The plumbing is in and to an extremely high standard with fresh and black tanks, a fitted calorifier, shower, fittings for a pump-out toilet. It wouldn’t take much for a tradesperson to complete this work. There is a fixed bedroom at the back with shower room and toilet. The wheelhouse and front cabin are empty and massive; ready for you to make your own.
The hull is in great condition and power comes from a refurbished four cylinder inboard diesel engine. The windows are double glazed and there’s a delightful stove fitted which can also be used to cook on. For all types of navigation you’ll find an electric anchor winch and bow thruster. We have hardstanding available here at Hemel Marina if you’d like to keep the boat here to finish the work. Alternatively, she is ready to cruise away today.
