This is a wonderful part of the river which is off the main river, it’s simply beautiful, very quiet and a huge attraction as far as having a river boat is concerned. The area in which the boat is moored is effectively an island which is owned by the local farm / landowner which in conjunction with the Caravan and Motorhome Club only ever allow up to 5 caravan / campervans at anyone time! The mooring is in a great position, the pontoon needs slight re hashing with some new decking planks but it can be made very nice without too much time / effort and cost.
These mooring are very sought after the annual fee (£825) has been paid up to 1/4/23 so the mooring is available with the successful acquisition of the boat and ongoing each year so long as you want the mooring. This is a fantastic opportunity to enjoy a boat on such a lovely part of the River Thames! It’s located very close to the local pub Ye Old Swan which is only a short walking distance away, the pub serves up some wonderful food as well as being located on a truly magnificent part of the river! The pub has many events, musical and other events plus a campsite with tipi’s, Shepard's huts etc to hire on the other side of the river. I cannot say enough about this opportunity and this great little river boat and how wonderful it is to be cruising up and down the River Thames on a beautiful day in summer or winter!
Forget going abroad, getting up at stupid o’clock, queuing at the airport, having your flight cancelled whilst you are on the aircraft bla bla bla - stay in the UK have a lovely chilled and relaxed time on the River Thames. There is also an option to have the boat delivered elsewhere if you require that (cost to be agreed), obviously the cost will be less without the mooring! **** OFFERS CONSIDERED **** For more info contact Nigel on 0phone
