Fairline 19ft Cabin Cruiser

Bluebelle is in sound usable condition but still requires some cosmetic work. I've stripped out the interior seats with the intention to do a complete refit. I've now lost interest as I'm more engaged in other projects. I have a set of marine ply cut to suit panels that are ready to be used as seat bases. The curtains are mildew and water resistant.
She requires a new windshield and new canopy to make her 100% complete. There is at times a small amount of water that enters the cabin I have re-sealed the windows. Therefore I'm convinced the water is entering the small gaps where the cover meets the boat therefore the water is probably finding its way into the cabin from the decking area. But this only happens under extreme weather conditions. Maybe a new canopy will sort it.
The cabin consists of lights, a roof hatch, seating area, stainless sink unit, and storage. There is also an LED lighting strip which the kids love, a bilge pump and portable toilet. The leisure battery is a few years old and is powered constantly by a solar PV panel that sits discreetly on top of the cabin. There is a 2-stroke engine not sure on the horse power but it does the job not sure when it was last serviced but its never let me down. It runs well and starts easily and has a kill switch.
The linkages are in great working order and forward / reverse work fine. She is currently moored at the beautiful newly developed Pennington Wharf Marina in Leigh therefore the boat licence is registered with British Water Ways Leeds / Liverpool Canal. Mooring fees are about £87 per month but this is an option if you would like to make use of the marina - I can give you details of the person to contact. The Boat Safety Certificate is valid until 05 April 2021. Insurance costs around £90 for the full year.
The licence is paid up to the end of July so I will require full details of the new owner to notify British waterways for boat transfer reasons. I'm not bothered on how she is paid but cash would be nice or bank transfer. Thank you for looking and good luck on your bidding.
