Falcon 18ft Sps Sport Cruiser Boat Deep V Hull 2 Berth With Trailer

This is a Falcon 18ft SPS Sport Cruiser Boat with a Deep V Hull and is a two berth cabin. This is a massive reluctant sale due to change in circumstances and has been lovingly refurbished inside and out but as stated can no longer totally finish it off and does need a small amount of work left to do. All that has been done to date: New Canvasman canopy in stainless tubing New stainless steel fittings ie: Bow Rail Radar Arch and Light Rail New Tie Offs Total refinish of exterior New Perspex windows All new upholstery and new flooring New led lighting in cabin New cupboards and single sink drainer with new water storage. All of these have been refitted in the past 3 years. A trailer does come with it but trailer need some attention but will transport boat to new destination.

THINGS TO DO : Electrics even though most wiring is there and there is a small amount of lacquer lifted around a windscreen needs engine and controls fitting but do have them and back seat need fitting. I have put a huge amount of money into this boat and I do have an outboard for sale that was to go on it but am selling that separate but if a sensible offer for that was made would consider it.
