Falcon 23 Spc - Motor / Power Boat (4-6 Berth) Poole Mooring / New Engine 2019

FALCON 23 SPC – mid-90's – 1 x Volvo 4.3 GLX Petrol engine, Duo Prop outdrive. 4/6 berth accommodation with 1 x toilet /shower compartment. Galley with 2 burner cooker with oven & grill, sink with hot and cold water supply. Spec including GPS + Navionics SD, VHF, depth log, trim tabs, swim deck & ladder, swim shower, engine bay camera. Outdrive serviced new engine 2019 (recon block), professional installation and tuning - receipts for all work, ready for the season.

Only done 8 hours since the new engine. Various recent enhancements, new dash, throttle controller, re-wire (because the engine was out...). Will include fenders & warps. Also, have a tender with snap davits and 2007 2hp Suzuki outboard that will sell separately if required. Fits the boat perfectly and the davits make it super quick to deploy and explore Brownsea island beaches.

Winterised and Maintained by the team at Shoreside Negative points: Trim pump doesn't work (never has since I've owned it) and has not affected the performance for me. Needs an exterior clean, because I've not been able to get to it recently (due to the situation). Usual pre-season wash and polish would do wonders. All above considered in asking price. Sporty looks with a large cockpit for her size with good overall accommodation, a great starter boat or upgrade to accommodation.

Very solid and handles very well. Located at Rockley Park, Poole. It's possible to for the new owner to keep the boat at Rockley. Mooring Includes use of facilities at the park. Selling due to needing to shield.
