Falmouth Gypsy MK11 Sailing Yacht Boat With Road Trailer

This was bought as a part built kit in approx 1974 using fibreglass hull and bespoke built commercially built riad trailer with good working brakes tyres and wheel bearings . Has a light board . Just need straps number plate . It has a fully working diesel inboard engine. Stainless steel large fuel tank, diesel filter Brinze three bladed prop, remote greaser for gland seal on prop shaft .Has four large single berths, sea toilet, sink with large outside filled water tank.

Pumped water to sink.lots of storage space, forward deck hatch, double size opening rear hatch to cabin with 6’ plus headroom, cooker is a bit rusty, I have replaced both cabin sides as rain water had rotted the Marine ply around its windows. I have also fitted antique bronze portholes which look great and are more in keeping . It has brand new white Sails and bed / seat cushions which have always been stored inside and not on the boat. Sails are still folded in makers bags.All rigging to finish is stainless steel and new unusedAll spares are aluminium unused. Stainless steel deck mounted tabernacle for easy mast erection once the shrouds are finally cut to length using the self assembly stainless steel ends.

There are four already made . Both hatch lids needs the plywood replacing with the marine ply that’s also supplied as is any mahogany ect timber still required. I have some teak also if required .There is quite a bit of painting that needs finishing and I have that too. The mast and boom have never been used / raised.The Engine was used for only once for sea trials so has very little use. It starts and runs as it should having benefitted from recent replacement modern alternator that now has no remote additional wiring or control boxes as it’s all contained in the alternator .

Most of the wiring is complete . Needs nav light supplied and internal lights wiring up.A few panels to the teak decking need re gluing mainly around the port side seat .Again more spare timber supplied.It’s mainly just cosmetic work left to do. I estimate 3 or 4 days work. I am now to far disabled to carry on. It’s been under cover for the last 3 years and therefore totally dried out.

The draft is less than 3’ so very shallow. Transom hung rudder with mahogany tiller. Now and stern bollardsAnchor locker with chain pipe through hull. All new warps and period Tufnell pulleys blocks also two single speed winches for jib sail. Gas locker atcstern with hull vent plus cylinder.

New fittings and copper pipe. Some extra teak cleats if required. Viewing recommended before bidding please Willing to pay somone to finish it for me.
