Fisher 25 Motorsailer In excellent condition. I have owned Santiago for over 5 years now and during this time it has been lovingly restored. When I acquired the boat it came with a recently installed Volvo Penta MD2030 30Hp engine/gearbox (also known as a Perkins 103-10) which has not had a lot of running time. The sails and sail covers have been renewed, along with the deck coverings. Inside is well maintained and all of the soft furnishings in the seating area and berths have been reupholstered.
The galley is fitted with a gas oven, which has a double burner hob, sink and a cold storage box. The old plastic head has been replaced for a porcelain one and the water tank bag has also been renewed. The wheelhouse has a Perspex sliding sun roof and is fitted with a Navionics chart plotter, depth display, wind speed and direction meter, Furuno radar and a VHF radio. The rear cockpit and the main mast both have two hand operated Lewmar winches. The anchor has a very long chain and an electric windlass has been fitted, which is operated from inside of the wheelhouse.
The saloon table and seating area can be converted into a double bed. There is also an additional seat in the saloon which can also be used as a chart table or a single berth. In the forehead cabin there are a further 2 berths. The boat was assembled in 1983 and launched in1984. For its length the Fisher 25 is very spacious below deck, with a lot of headroom and plenty of storage space.
The boat has just been out of the water at Royal Quays where she has been anti-fouled and has had a new anode fitted but will be sailing back to Sunderland Marina on Thursday 30th June.Serious buyers please call phone.Buyer to collect.More photos and video link to follow.
